Twosydes is a structured debate platform. Users post debatable questions and arguments for one of two sides. Content is a mix of AI-assisted review and human moderation, but ultimately reflects the views of the individual users who posted it, not Twosydes.
You retain ownership of the questions, arguments, rebuttals, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Twosydes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and through the platform, including in previews, search results, and social sharing, for as long as it remains posted.
Twosydes uses a combination of automated review and human moderators to review questions, arguments, and rebuttals for relevance, spam, and policy violations. Moderators may approve, reject, flag, remove, or otherwise act on any content at their discretion, with or without notice. Twosydes, its moderators, and its operators are not liable for any decision to approve, reject, remove, or leave up any User Content, nor for any content posted by users that has not yet been reviewed or was reviewed and approved in error. Moderation decisions are made on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a guarantee that displayed content is accurate, lawful, or non-offensive.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes another person's rights; to manipulate voting, sides, or credits through multiple accounts or automation; or to attempt to circumvent moderation or platform security.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may use a username instead of your real name when posting.
Twosydes may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account that violates these terms, at its discretion.
Twosydes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any User Content is accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twosydes and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from User Content posted by others, including content that was, or was not, moderated.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
